Is BitDiver safe?Yes, BitDiver is safe. It connects in read-only mode using your Wallet's public keys and/or the exchange's API Keys solely to gather the necessary information for portfolio analysis. BitDiver will NEVER ask for your wallet's private key or passwords to access exchanges.

Can I buy Cryptocurrencies from BitDiver?No, it is not possible to make cryptocurrency purchases on BitDiver. If your wallet or Exchange account is already among the partners that connect to BitDiver, any purchase or sale of cryptocurrencies will be visible within 24 hours from the date of the transaction.

Are there tutorials available on how to list the API keys of an Exchange?Yes, on our channel Youtube , there are videos available that show how to configure your wallet within BitDiver.

Is it possible to delete my account and my data from BitDiver?Yes, you can delete your account at any time. At the moment of cancellation confirmation, the operation will be irreversible and no information related to listed wallets and API keys will be retained on the platform. Deleting your account on BitDiver will have no effect on your wallets and/or exchange accounts. For major security, after deletion from BitDiver, we invite you to also delete the API Keys generated for connection within your exchanges.

If you can't find your Exchange among those supported, what can you do?We are sorry that your Exchange is not - currently - listed on BitDiver. To help us grow, you can send us an email at support@bitdiver.com indicating the name of the missing Exchange and its reference website. These details will be collected and contribute to the definition of our development roadmap's evolution.

Does BitDiver act as a custodian for my cryptocurrencies?No, BitDiver is not a custodial service. BitDiver only collects the necessary information for portfolio analysis from your wallets.

Does BitDiver respect my desire for confidentiality and privacy (no KYC)?Yes, BitDiver allows you to sign up using a secure email service (e.g., ProtonMail) or even through the use of temporary emails. Therefore, if privacy is important to you, you will find in BitDiver a tool that does not require data that can identify the owners of the wallets. However, we recommend that you sign up, even at a later time, for our newsletter with an email address to which you have access and that you read to stay updated on new features and news about the platform.
